IS THE PACKAGING REALLY PLAIN?
Absolutely! All our products are wrapped & shipped out in either plain mailing
bags or boxes depending upon the size and shape of the product. It is impossible to tell what is inside any parcel we ship until you open it!.
We have been in the business over 25 years, you can trust we know what we’re doing!

All our products are wrapped with care and attention, we want you to receive them the same way we would expect to. They are not simply ‘stuffed’ in a mailing bag like many suppliers do.


We believe our products and customers deserve more respect!
Our name does not appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging.


WILL YOUR NAME APPEAR ON MY BANK STATEMENT OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Your transaction will appear as ‘Adventure Holdings’ on your bank or paypal
account. 


ARE BATTERIES INCLUDED IF REQUIRED?
Due to postal rules we are unable to send batteries through the post unless they are
built into the product. If batteries are included it will be stated in the listing, otherwise it will state the battery type and quantity required.


WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?
No problem! We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase, simply return it to us unused and we will provide a full no quibble refund.
